In our laboratory we tested the capacity of the shelves of Skaffa and Nikka bookcases series.
We recommend a maximum weight of 25 kilograms per meter per shelf.

That shelf loading capacity does not affect the linearity of the shelves themselves but increases its durability.

We still receive daily photos of overloaded bookcases from our customers who, despite our advice, they charge on their books, binders, encyclopedias of all sizes and types, without any problem!!

Finally, for more security, especially for anyone who has children, each library of greater height of 170 cm is equipped with an anti-tip safety kit easy to fix to the wall.
