HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Free shipping is available only in Italy if your order total is at least € 300,00 for a lower amount is calculated by a fee equal to € 30,00. For deliveries in Europe, the United States or the rest of the world, our rates are updated based on the best quotations of the major International Couriers at the moment of the order.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery times are generally around 30 days from the receipt of the payment order. We’ll do our best to deliver ahead of the standard delivery time.

HOW IS THE DELIVERY AND WHAT IF THERE'S NO ONE IN HOUSE?

The courier will contact you as soon as possible to fix an appointment.

The international courier deliver to the street number, bank truck and not at the floor.

It is possible to request a cost estimate for delivery to the floor by sending an email to [email protected]

If no one is at home, the courier is required to leave a notice of passage with a phone number to call to arrange a redelivery. In this case buyers will be charged for the costs of storage to pay directly to the courier.

HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE ?

The deadline to exercise this right is 14 days as provided for by law DLgs 206/2005.

The letter must indicate the bank (bank name, agency name, BIC SWIFT code, account number) with which the customer wishes to receive the credit of the amount paid for the purchase of goods returne.

DO THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE, INCLUDE VAT?

Yes. All prices on the website include Italian VAT. Buying abroad prices are inclusive of VAT in force in Italy, to have the VAT-exempt invoice must specify the number IVA / VAT community ‘European. Send an Email before sending your order.

DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

We ship abroad through international couriers specialized in transportation furniture. Through the Shopping Cart it is easy to get the price including shipping charges for Austria, Germany, France, Spain and Stati Uniti.

HOW YOU HANDLED THE VAT RATE IN THE CASE OF ORDERS FROM ABROAD?

Within the EEC, the I.V.A. (to the extent of 22%) already included in the INVOICE paid by the private client.

On request companies and holders of intra-community VAT can get the invoice VAT-free with writing not taxable Art.41 Comma 1 letter A.

The shipment outside the EU are not charged fees with words not taxable At.8 Comma 1 letter A.

WHAT TO DO ON RECEIPT OF GOODS ORDERED?

When the courier delivery you should check:

1) That the packages are complete, not damaged or ruined.

2) That the number of packages indicated on the shipping documents corresponds to the number of the package delivered.

NB: Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier with writing on DDT transport document the word “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE” or “GOODS UNCHECKED”. In the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.
