1.2 Piarotto srl manages the sale furniture online under Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, and pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 on distance contracts.

The receipt of the payment must be sent by email to info@piarotto.com or by fax to the number 041 5702515.The document must indicate the order number and the name of the customer.
Piarotto reserves the right to cancel the order in case of delay in payment of the account.
5.1 You can make changes to the order already submitted even after payment of the balance provided before the start confirmation of the order that Piarotto send the customer has verified the success of the payment. Any changes to orders placed are guaranteed until the start of production of the items purchased; commissioning production takes place immediately after payment. Piarotto is still available for any subsequent changes but these are not warrantable and will eventually be authorized on the basis of the stage of production. The billing information entered during the order can only be changed until the issuance of the invoice.
6.The estimated timing of production are approximately 4/6 weeks. It depends on the availability of products in stock. 7.10 Once signed the delivery document, in the absence of explicit “reserve” the customer can not make any objection about the external characteristics of the products delivered.
7.11 The customer is also required to check that the amount of packages delivered actually corresponds to what is indicated on the shipping document accompanying.
8.1 The products presented on the site www.piarotto enjoy current European legislation Duration of the warranty is 24 months from date of purchase.
