Right of withdrawal

9.1 The customer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without obligation to give reasons (as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 – consumer protection for distance contracts) with sending communications by registered A / R addressed to: “Mobilie snc. Via Accoppe Fratte 11 30035 Mirano Venice “to be sent within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.This is the FORM to use in this case
9.2 The communication can be anticipated – within the same period – by e-mail at info@piarotto.com  provided that it is confirmed by registered A / R within the next 48 hours.
9.3 The withdrawal notice must state specifically the will of the customer to withdraw from the purchase and the products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal attaching a copy of the invoice.
9.4 The customer agrees to preserve the proper products for which decide to exercise the right of withdrawal and agrees to return the products within 14 days (fourteen) from the date of receipt of the same by delivering products to our warehouse: “Piarotto .com Mobilie snc. 9.5 The right of withdrawal is exercised valid if the following conditions: a) The law is intended to apply to individual products purchased in their entirety b) The product purchased must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts, original packaging and ancillary documents c) The shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer d) The shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer.
9.6 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for products made or custom; pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 – art. 59, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods products made to specifications or clearly personalized.
9.7 Upon receipt of the goods and without verification of compliance with the above, Piarotto.com will refund the amount already paid, reimbursement will be made by bank transfer within 14 days of receipt of notice from the customer wishes to terminate. The refunded amount will not include the eventually cost of the return of the product if it is made by Piarotto.com-Mobilie snc.
